About the organisation
Qualify Group since 2012 has been bridging gaps in employment and training, with a special focus on supporting people with disability and diverse needs. This Australian-owned specialist combines RTO expertise with inclusive employment solutions, delivering services across Victoria and Adelaide. Through their blend of in-person and online delivery, they’re making workforce development and training accessible to all, while staying true to their mission of empowering career dreams.
The need
Qualify reached out to us to design and develop their EVOLVE program, a Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways.
The program had to build real employability skills, boost digital literacy, and help people map out genuine career paths. Plus, it needed to be accessible and engaging enough to keep learners moving forward, regardless of their starting point.
The learning solution
Working closely with Qualify, we created a dynamic six-month learning journey that goes beyond traditional vocational training. The program combines:
- eLearning modules that fit around real life
- Regular small-group workshops where skills come alive
- Individual coaching to keep momentum going
- Practical assessments across all 14 units of competency
- Clear skill-building pathways from start to finish
It’s easy to access but rich in support, with real-world scenarios and practical tools learners can use right away.
The result? A program that turns vocational training into genuine job readiness, with every piece designed to build both skills and confidence. It’s about creating those ‘I can do this’ moments that lead to real workplace success.
The outcome
This well-designed program not only meets the immediate needs of job seekers but also raises the bar in vocational education. By integrating practical skills with personal development, EVOLVE equips participants with the tools and confidence to navigate the modern job market successfully.
