What Bianca brings to the table

Bianca’s strengths are quality, capability and change. She stress-tests the blueprint for every program before anything is built, and she mentors the consultants who build it. She’s an expert in needs analysis, capability frameworks and learning pathways, which give your people a clear road ahead. Her certification in evaluating and measuring learning means she can show you what your people now do differently. When an entire business shifts gear at once, she knows where change programs wobble and how to steady them.

Experience and qualifications

Before Hungry Minds, Bianca ran capability and development for ANZ Retail Banking, where she built and led a national learning team. She has also held learning roles at GE Money, Esanda and Village Roadshow. At the University of Melbourne she earned a Graduate Diploma in Training and Development and a combined Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science. Her Evaluating and Measuring Learning Certificate comes from the American Society for Training and Development, now ATD.

Bianca loves sharing what she knows. She has coached and supported more than 100 learning designers, many through our Professional Certificate in Instructional Design. Her learners range from first-timers to experienced practitioners lifting their skills and adding a qualification.
