What Nicole brings to the table
Nicole builds capability where the stakes are high. Organisations turn to her for a workforce capability strategy that reduces risk. She works out where your people need support most, then designs large-scale, practical skill development that meets your operational, contractual and statutory requirements. As the founding CEO of a registered training organisation, she knows accredited training and compliance inside out. She writes clear, engaging content that flows, with a detail-oriented, learner-first approach to every piece she builds. Nicole is at her best in complex settings with many stakeholders, from major infrastructure bids to rail operations. She’s quietly brilliant at bringing them together.
Experience and qualifications
Nicole was Head of Learning and Development at Metro Trains. Earlier at Metro she was Learning and Development Manager and founding CEO of its registered training organisation (RTO), one of Australia’s largest. There she directed the establishment of a multi-million dollar, award-winning training facility. She spent the decade before that as John Holland’s National Training Manager for rail. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Victoria University and a postgraduate qualification in professional education and training from Deakin University. She also completed the MTR Accelerated MBA Program at the University of Hong Kong.
