What Olivia brings to the table

Olivia is a creative powerhouse with a teacher’s instinct for what makes people learn. Give her a brief and she’ll come back with ideas that make your people sit up, lean in and do things differently on the job. Creative blended learning is her signature, weaving eLearning, workshops and hands-on practice into one journey that sticks. She’s equally at home designing a leadership program, a health campaign or an accredited qualification, where she builds the learning and the assessment together so it engages and stands up to audit. She’s also our go-to for all things tech. Olivia builds the AI tools our team uses to plan, write and check every program, which adds another layer of quality to yours. She sets up learning management systems for clients too, including LearnWorlds and TalentLMS, so your courses are easy to launch and manage. When a new tool lands, she’s first to taste-test it, so your program gets the best of what’s new.
