What Tashia brings to the table
Tashia’s strengths are learning strategy and consulting. She works with your leaders to define what needs to change and why, then shapes the learning strategy that gets your people there. Her transformation background means she plans for the culture and systems around the learning as well as the training itself. With us, she has led a regional health service’s violence and aggression prevention training, from the high level design to an eight-week embedding campaign. She has also worked on a large training program for one of Australia’s major banks. Years of bringing government, business and community groups to one table make her a calm hand when many people need to agree.
Experience and qualifications
At Melbourne Water, Tashia led business transformation for seven years as Principal Urban Designer and Business Transformation Lead. She changed how the organisation found value across its capital program, and uplifted the culture, systems and tools that support it. She has since managed its Early Partnerships program and acted as its Manager, Communications and Engagement. At Brimbank City Council she directed the Living Brooklyn program, winning its funding and designing the engagement between government, business and the community. Earlier, she worked as an urban designer and masterplanner in Melbourne, Brisbane and Singapore. Tashia studied at Swinburne University of Technology.
