What Bec brings to the table
Bec is a learning strategist with a gift for behaviour change. She helps your organisation work out how learning should happen, then builds the culture, systems and programs that make it stick. Through Learning Labs, that can mean a learning strategy, a SharePoint learning hub, an LMS your people enjoy using or a leadership program. She draws on psychology to understand why people behave the way they do, and designs for the moments that change it. Bec is also a skilled facilitator and Articulate 360 developer, so she can run the strategy session and build the course. Thoughtful and energising, she leaves teams keen to keep learning.
Experience and qualifications
Bec has worked with some of Australia’s blue-chip brands, government departments and community organisations. She was a specialist lead in Deloitte’s learning studio, and she created leadership programs as Learning Design Strategist at Pragmatic Thinking. At Sarina Russo Job Access she built a national online job coaching program. Bec holds a master’s degree in positive psychology from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Social Science (Human Services) from QUT. She also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
