Absolutely. We regularly partner with internal change, people and comms teams. We can shape learning to fit the broader change plan and ensure messages and timing are consistent across the board.

Yes. During the Analyse phase of the ADDIE Model, we’ll run a discovery workshop to identify your key learner groups, map their KASH (Knowledge, Attitudes, Skills, Habits), and figure out how they learn best. From there, we’ll design content that’s tailored to each group, whether that’s execs, managers, operations or frontline teams. That includes role-specific language, examples, formats and delivery modes that fit how and where they work.

We choose the delivery methods that are right for the audiences and their needs. This may include eLearning, workshops, toolkits, team huddles, virtual training, SharePoint libraries, job aids and comms.

We use eLearning authoring tools like Rise 360, Storyline 360 and Chameleon Creator, and hand over editable files, plus training for your team to make future updates.

Yes. We can support LMS setup, comms planning, and coaching for internal delivery. We’ll build a delivery plan that fits your change timeline and rollout goals.

We design learning that supports change, not just announces it. That starts with a learner-centred approach, focusing on what different audiences need to know, feel and do. We unpack the WIIFM (What’s In It For Me) early, so learners understand the value and relevance right from the start. We tailor content to their context, keep it focused on action, and make it easy to apply on the job. We also build in tools and nudges to support reinforcement over time.

This approach helps reduce resistance, drive adoption and keep momentum up.
