During the Analyse phase of the ADDIE Model, we’ll run a discovery workshop to identify your key learner groups, map their KASH (Knowledge, Attitudes, Skills, Habits), and figure out how they learn best. From there, we’ll design content that’s tailored to each group, whether that’s execs, managers, operations or frontline teams. That includes role-specific language, examples, formats and delivery modes that fit how and where they work.
