Blended learning

A flexible mix of online, live, and hands-on real-life learning

Time is valuable, let’s use it wisely

Workplace training shouldn’t mean endless modules and dull, forgettable webinars.

There’s a better way. That’s why we design blended learning that suits your teams, fits into the workday, and delivers serious results.

  • Bespoke learning: Integrates with work (instead of adding to must-do lists)
  • Smart structure: A blend of digital, live, and practical application
  • Engaging by design: No passive clicking, just meaningful learning
  • Cost effective: Train more people with less hassle
  • Measurable: Track progress and refine for impact

We’re all about training that doesn’t suck and we’ve been at it since 2009. And here’s one thing we know for sure: blended learning works best when it’s built with purpose.

That’s why we make learning that’s engaging, practical, and ready to apply from day one. Whether it’s digital, in-person, or a mix of both, we design training that fits seamlessly into the workday, so your team can build skills and put them to use straight away.

Designed for you

We don’t just ‘blend’ for the sake of it. We’ll bring the best of blended teaching and learning together. Let us design a program around your needs, your people, and the best ways to get real learning outcomes. We follow the ADDIE model of instructional design.

ANALYSE

We start by understanding your organisation, your learners, the gaps and what success looks like so we can strip out the noise and focus on what matters.

DESIGN

We build a seamless learning experience that blends online, in-person, and real-world application in the smartest way for your team.

DEVELOP

No dull content. Just interactive, engaging training that keeps people involved and drives results.

IMPLEMENT

Clear communication, the right tech, and a roll-out strategy that makes adoption effortless.

EVALUATE

We track what’s working, pinpoint what’s not, and tweak the program to keep improving performance.

FAQS

How much does it cost to make a training video?

It depends—there are a bunch of variables when it comes to video, like production quality, length, and style. But here are some examples:

Animated video (Vyond): From $1,050 ex GST for 30 seconds

2D animation (90 seconds): From $5,500 ex GST

2D animation (3 minutes): From $8,500 ex GST

Live action shoot and edit:

  • Half-day shoot: $5,500 ex. GST

Includes up to 3 minutes of finished video, ideal for short interviews, demonstrations, or instructional videos.

  • Full-day shoot: $8,500 ex GST

Includes up to 3 minutes of finished video, suitable for more comprehensive content that requires a full day of shooting.

Do you create online training courses?

Yep, that’s one of our specialties. Whether you need a stand-alone online course or one that’s part of a bigger blended learning strategy, we’ll design content that’s smart, engaging, and made to stick.

No snooze-worthy slides. Just meaningful, well-structured learning that gets results.

What are blended learning techniques?

Blended learning techniques combine the best of digital, face to face, self paced and other forms of learning.

That might mean online modules, live workshops, on-the-job activities, knowledge nudges, simulations, or coaching.

The goal? To reinforce learning over time and make sure people can actually do the thing, not just click through it.

What are the three types of blended learning?

The three most common types of blended learning are:

  • Rotation model – Learners move between formats (like self-paced modules and live sessions).
  • Flex model – Most learning happens online, with optional live support.
  • Enriched model – Traditional in-person training is supplemented with online resources and activities.

We’ll help you design the blend that suits your team, goals, and learning context.
