Compliance training, with a bit of bite.

Mandatory doesn’t have to mean bland. We take the must-dos, safety, privacy, conduct and the whole regulatory buffet, and serve them up as compliance training your people will devour.

Audit-ready, on brand, and built for flat-out Australian teams. You get the record you need, and the behaviour you’re after.

compliance training elearning
the short answer

What is compliance training?

Compliance training teaches your people the rules they have to follow, from workplace health and safety to privacy, the code of conduct, anti-bribery and industry regulation, and how to apply them when it counts.

Done badly, it’s a slideshow nobody reads and a certificate nobody trusts. Done well, it changes what people do on the job. They spot the risk, make the right call, and leave you a clean, audit-ready trail. We build the second kind, with a record you can hand a regulator without breaking a sweat.

why ours is different

Boring is the real
compliance risk.

When training’s dull, people race through on autopilot and forget it by lunch. The completion’s logged, the behaviour hasn’t budged, and the risk is still sitting there. So we make compliance genuinely worth doing.

Let’s make eLearning that
doesn’t suck.

Weirdly enjoyable

The rare compliance course people talk about at lunch, for the right reasons. Turns a grudging must-do into time they don’t mind giving.

Genuinely different

Real scenarios, sharp writing and a bit of wit. Nothing like the compliance they’ve sat through before.

Behaviour that sticks

They walk away making better calls on the floor, which is the whole reason you’re running it.

What we build

Most compliance training is a chore, not a chnage.

Endless slides. A quiz you can pass by guessing. A dusty policy PDF stapled to a completion certificate. It gets the sign-off, but it changes nothing on the floor. And when something goes wrong, “they did the module” isn’t much of a defence.

We build compliance that lands. Real scenarios instead of definitions. The decisions your people face on the job, with feedback that teaches. Clean SCORM that reports straight into your LMS, so you get the record and the behaviour change.

why hungry minds

Compliance that sticks.

Decisions, not definitions

Nobody changes their behaviour because they read a policy. We drop your people into the calls they’ll really face and coach them through, so the right move sticks long after the quiz.

Built to pass an audit

We map your legal and regulatory obligations before we design a single screen. So when a regulator, board or auditor comes knocking, the training holds up, and so do you.

Proof at your fingertips

Clean SCORM or native packages push completions, scores and dates straight into your LMS. When someone asks who’s done what, the answer’s one click away.

Compliance you'd order again

Surprisingly good your team will want seconds. We make compliance training genuinely interesting, so people lean in, stay switched on, and carry it through on the job.

Everyone can do it

If it doesn’t reach the whole workforce, it isn’t compliance. We build WCAG 2.2 AA in from the first draft, with formal certification on the table if you need the paperwork.

It’s yours to keep

The finished course and source files are yours. No lock-in, no per-seat licence traps, no holding your training hostage.
What you get

Compliance training made to land.

Every piece is built to pull people in and shift what they do on the job, then cooked to your obligations so the auditors are happy too. A typical program serves up some or all of this, fully branded and ready to run.

Ask a question
Compliance training teaches your people the rules they must follow at work and how to apply them in real situations, from workplace health and safety to privacy, the code of conduct, anti-bribery and industry regulation. Good compliance training does more than satisfy the auditor. It changes what people do on the job, so the right behaviour becomes the default, not something they scramble to remember at review time.
Often, yes. Laws like the WHS Act, the Privacy Act, the Fair Work Act and the Modern Slavery Act place duties on employers, and regulators such as ASIC and APRA expect evidence that staff understand their obligations. The exact requirements depend on your industry, size and risk profile. We help you map what’s required, design training that meets it, and keep a clean record of who completed what and when.
Common ones include WHS and safety, code of conduct, workplace behaviour and respect at work, privacy and data protection, cyber security awareness, anti-bribery and corruption, fraud, modern slavery, and industry-specific regulation. We also build bespoke modules for the rules unique to your organisation. If it needs to be understood and evidenced, we can make it land.
We package courses as SCORM or native files and test them on your Learning Management System, so completions, scores and dates flow straight into your reporting. If you don’t have an LMS, we can help you set one up. The result is an audit-ready trail you can pull up whenever a regulator, board or client asks for it.
Most compliance topics run on an annual or biennial refresh, and any change in law, policy or a serious incident is a trigger to update sooner. We design content that’s easy to keep current, and we can build short refresher modules and microlearning so people top up without sitting through the full course every year.
When we build a program for you, you do. Once your final invoice is paid, you own the finished materials, including SCORM or native packages, Word docs, slide decks and source files. The templates, frameworks and methods we bring into the project stay ours, and you’re welcome to use them inside the materials we build for you.
Yes. Hungry Minds is an Australian learning design consultancy with people in Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Sydney. So we know local law and can sit down with your team in person. We’ve designed learning since 2009 and happily travel across the country to make it happen.
Yes. We build to WCAG 2.2 AA as standard, so colour contrast, captions, keyboard navigation and screen-reader support are designed in from the first build. That matters even more for compliance, where everyone in the organisation has to be able to complete it. Formal accessibility certification is available as an add-on.
