What is a session plan?
A session plan is a facilitator’s blueprint for running a training session. It lays out the learning outcomes, a timed run of activities, facilitator notes on what to say, ask and do, and the materials needed to deliver it.
nA strong session plan turns a loose agenda into a confident, repeatable workshop, and pairs with the slides and workbook so the whole thing hangs together. Grow it into a full facilitator guide and any trainer can pick it up and run it, again and again.
Our face-to-face solutions.
Most workshops are just slides read aloud.
A room full of people watching someone narrate bullet points. Ninety slides, zero activities, and a lunch everyone remembers more than the content. When a session has no clear outcome, it fills a day and changes nothing.
nWe design sessions on purpose, like a proper menu. A clear outcome. Activities that get people doing. Slides that stay in their lane. Your facilitator walks in with a tight plan and a room that leans in, and people leave able to do something new. We’ve been making training worth turning up to since 2009.
Every ingredient earns its place.

What does a workshop cost to design?
A plan for one session and a multi-day program are very different beasts, so the price follows the work: session length, how many sessions, how ready your content is, and whether you want slides, workbooks and train-the-trainer on top. Here’s your starter for ten.
