Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG)
We design learning that matches the pace and complexity of FMCG. From category strategy to onboarding, commercial acumen to coaching, we help teams stay sharp, aligned and ready to move.
Our clients include household names and high-growth brands. They come to us when they need learning that works across functions, channels, and frontline teams, and when they’re ready to replace outdated decks and scattered resources with something that’s structured, scalable and strategic.
We’ve worked with commercial, retail, supply and leadership teams to:
Strengthen category execution, strategy and joint business planning
Build confidence in negotiations, selling and supplier relationships
Equip teams with onboarding that’s clear, fast and easy to deliver
Upskill leaders with coaching frameworks that land in real conversations
Roll out blended programs across national teams
Build learning templates and tools that internal teams can use again and again
We bring structure and clarity to complex topics, and make it easy for L&D teams to deliver programs that are consistent, on-brand and built to stick.

FAQS
We don’t do cookie-cutter click-throughs. Our eLearning is alive – built with story-led scenarios, polished visuals, and interactive challenges that make people think. More importantly, it gives learners the insights, skills, and tools to actually change behaviour, not just finish a module and forget it.
We’ve worked across commercial, retail, supply chain, leadership and capability teams. That includes training for frontline roles, national account managers, category leads, business development managers, and L&D teams.
Yes. We work with your internal SMEs and existing frameworks to design learning that reflects how you operate, from joint business planning to the specifics of how you lead the category or manage partners.
We do. We’ve helped clients build training that supports how they sell into retailers, work with partners, and lead conversations across the commercial landscape.
Yes. We’ve built onboarding programs that work across multiple roles and regions, focused on giving new starters clarity from day one, without overwhelming them.
Absolutely. We often co-design with internal teams, building programs they can scale, edit and deliver themselves. That includes template libraries, toolkits, and branded learning assets.
We hand over editable files in the authoring tool we’ve used – like Rise 360, Storyline 360 or Chameleon Creator – so you can make future updates with ease. We also offer training sessions to get your team confident with using the files, managing updates and applying the design to other projects.
Need help setting up your LMS? We can support that too, and make sure everything runs smoothly from day one.
We’re used to making complex ideas useful. We distil dense content into frameworks, models and tasks people can understand and apply quickly, without losing the detail that matters.
We work closely with your subject matter experts to get the detail right, then shape it into learning that’s clear, practical and easy to apply. We keep the important stuff in, cut the noise, and structure the content so it works for the way people learn and work.
We design blended learning that works across formats – digital, face-to-face, virtual, or a mix.
We build in authoring tools like Rise 360, Storyline 360 and Chameleon Creator, and deliver in SCORM, xAPI or whatever format your LMS needs.
You’ll receive editable source files and, if needed, a training session for your team so they know how to update the content, reuse templates and manage delivery going forward.
That depends on the scope. A standard module takes around 6-8 weeks from kickoff to final handover. Larger programs – like onboarding suites, leadership pathways or multi-module rollouts – can take 8–12 weeks or more.
We build a clear timeline at the start, based on your resourcing, review cycles and delivery goals. We’ll flag any content or SME dependencies early, and show you how we’ll keep things moving with weekly check-ins and staged approvals.
We build for how people work, not just how they learn. We focus on what learners need to know, do or decide, then build clear, structured content to support that.
We use a conversational tone that respects your learners’ time and keeps things engaging without sounding like a textbook.
Visuals matter too. We use diagrams, frameworks and clean design to help learners grasp ideas quickly, and make the experience feel polished, modern and useful from the first click. Learning should be clear. It should also be beautiful. We make sure it’s both.
Everything we design is grounded in the context of your business, built to reflect how your teams work, and structured to support real-world outcomes. We also build tools that help reinforce learning after the course, like job aids, leader guides and embedding activities.
